Patient Services Manager
The Patient Services Manager oversees the operations and success of the Patient Services Department. The team consists of two major functions; Patient Services and Patient Training Coordination. The Patient Services team assists patients through multiple communication channels including inbound/outbound phone calls, emails and faxes. This group is the primary point of contact for Tactile Medical patients inquiring on order status, financial updates, device shipment and management of patient surveys. The Patient Training Coordination team works to schedule at home patient training with qualified field trainers nationwide. The Patient Services Manager oversees the team’s day-to-day operations by providing leadership and coaching, troubleshooting escalated issues and monitoring and reporting key performance metrics to management. This role will work closely with the Director of Sales Operations as well as various internal department managers to identify and implement opportunities for improvement, development of internal training programs, assessing staffing needs and hiring high performing team members. The Patient Services Manager performs all job duties while maintaining compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
Marketing Communications Manager
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for supporting a group of marketing product managers as well as the company as a whole, performing all duties while adhering to HIPAA requirements and Tactile Medical policies. This position is responsible for executing marketing communications’ projects for internal clients and managing physician events including Key Opinion Leader (KOL) events and webinars.
Order Intake Coordinator
Responsible for Order Intake support to the sales team including processing of faxes, data entry, and maintenance of files in Filemaker program. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining the order completion process. Review orders to ensure compliance with federal regulations and specific insurance requirements. Perform all job duties while maintaining compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
Director of Engineering/ Research & Development
The Director of Engineering/R&D envisions and directs the development and design control processes in addition to related Engineering activities necessary to ensure products are developed and manufactured with the highest level of quality, efficiency, marketability, profitability and safety. Provides overall leadership and direction to the Engineering / R&D team that fosters collaboration across functional areas including Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments as required. Collaborates with suppliers and consultants to meet all product development and production goals.
Responsible for clinical components of Medicare claims submissions and appeals for company products. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills and understanding of third-party payer regulations and processes, with emphasis on Medicare.
Tactile Medical is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team to provide support to our Corporate Finance planning processes and serve as a business partner with functional area teams.
Patient Services Representative
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) supports Tactile Medical patients within a contact center environment through inbound and outbound communication. The Patient Service Representative’s main responsibility is to serve as the primary contact for patients regarding the shipment of their device. This individual will have exceptional customer service, empathy and positive influencing skills. Additional tasks include managing order status inquiries, data entry and response to patient completed surveys and processing return orders. Hours are 10:30 am – 7 pm.
Clinical Trial Manager
The individual in this position will participate on multi-disciplinary project teams to plan and execute successful clinical studies in support of corporate objectives. The Clinical Trial Manager will demonstrate proficiency in all areas of clinical study development and execution, with an ability to build and direct effective multi-disciplinary project teams.
Account Service Representative
Responsible for building strong relationships within accounts (clinicians & clinic staff), and with patients to retrieve signed documents and other documentationnecessary to close the order and submit a claim or appeal. Through inbound and outbound calling, and/or emailing or faxing, the Inside Sales Support Repfacilitates order closure and aids the Sales Representatives in exceeding monthly quotas. Individuals in this role may also be responsible for lead generation,tradeshow lead follow up, product conversions (as appropriate), sales support, and general account support. Perform all job duties while adhering to HIPAArequirements.
The Senior Accountants responsibilities include preparing journal entries, analyzing and reconciling accounts and supporting month- and quarter-end close and reporting processes. A successful Senior Accountant will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, ability to meet deadlines, excellent analytical skills and thorough knowledge of accounting principles.
Product Specialist – Nationwide
Position Summary – Responsible for educating therapists, physicians and patients on Tactile Medical products in an assigned territory. Responsible for establishing sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Responsible for penetrating under-served clinical markets. Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns or complaints.
