Associate Product Manager
The associate product manager ensures that their assigned product line(s) can fully maximize the available sales and profit potential. They will act as an expert of assigned product line(s) and targeted market segments. The primary responsibility of the associate product manager is to ensure proper implementation and adoption of processes, products and services delivered by the company. They must understand and stay informed about an ever-changing payer climate and competitive intelligence. They work closely with the Downstream Marketing Leadership to articulate the value proposition, and drive positioning and promotion within the field teams. They understand and anticipate customers’ needs and strategically position products/solutions to generate commercial growth.
Reimbursement Authorization Coordinator
Key elements include the effective education of payers on company products and the ability to efficiently process submission of commercial prescriptions for approval of coverage. Apply a strong knowledge of insurance to navigate the authorization process across numerous third party payers. Secure and process authorizations and denials in timely manner.
Patient Services Representative (10:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.)
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) supports Tactile Medical patients within a contact center environment through inbound and outbound communication. The Patient Service Representative’s main responsibility is to serve as the primary contact for patients regarding the shipment of their device. This individual will have exceptional customer service, empathy and positive influencing skills. Additional tasks include managing order status inquiries, data entry and response to patient completed surveys and processing return orders.
Patient Training Administrator
Responsible for securing necessary paperwork for contract trainers including background checks, and scanning needs within the department. Responsible for all contract trainer certification needs and documentation on an annual basis. Process trainer invoices and answer phones and respond to emails. Will also provide back up in the training department. Perform all job duties while adhering to HIPAA requirements.
Talent Acquisitions Specialist
This position is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to include sourcing, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the corporate functions of the company. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company’s organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Accounts Receivable Representative
The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for accurately maintaining patient accounts receivable records, through the recording of insurance payments, adjustments, discounts, charges, and credits in the Company’s billing software. Responsible for daily entries into the patient database system to reflect receipt of payment, to log a collection problem for follow-up or to notify Patient Accounts of a remittance made directly to patient. Maintain a thorough understanding of billing and collection processes and report any concerns or problems evident to appropriate staff. Responsible for performing all job duties while adhering to HIPAA requirements.
Business Reporting Analyst
This role is responsible for data mining and collection, and then interpreting data results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple analysis to the creation of high quality reports used for operational and executive-level decision making. The Business Reporting Analyst is responsible for gathering data from a variety of systems, turning the data into information and information into insight to assist in business decisions. The Business Reporting Analyst also trains workers in the use of these systems, teaching them to prepare reports and properly utilize report data.
Reimbursement Benefit Coordinator
The Reimbursement Benefit Coordinator provides direct support to the Authorization Department by verification of medical benefits with third party payers and obtaining prior authorization processes to facilitate maximum collection potential. Responsible for performing all job duties while adhering to HIPPA requirements.
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Engineering team member who is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, prototyping, documenting, testing, commercializing and supporting new medical products while complying with company policies and procedures. Responsible for creating, releasing and maintaining device documentation (part CAD files, drawings, BOM’s, device Design History Files (DHFs), test records, etc.) that are compliant with industry guidelines, regulatory standards and company requirements. Other duties in support of product development include interfacing with internal Tactile Medical groups such as Manufacturing Operations, Quality/Regulatory, Supply Chain, Clinical and Marketing as well as outside organizations such as design firms, suppliers, test facilities and regulatory bodies.
Manager, Inside Sales
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and tactics that produce profitable sales growth and fully achieve Tactile Medical’s sales plans using an inside sales team. This position will regularly collaborate with other departments and field sales to achieve both short and long term goals. Additionally, you will regularly collaborate with internal and external partners to develop standard operating procedures and build out internal systems and technologies.
IT Support Manager
The IT Support Manager is responsible for documenting and maintaining desired IT and application support service levels. This role will assist with escalated tickets to ensure completion and user satisfaction. This role is responsible for change, release, incident and problem management.
As a healthcare professional; serve as a resource for clinical inquiries and clinical events, adverse events and injuries associated with Tactile Medical product use and the conditions our devices treat. Conduct investigations and reporting of events including completion of field experience reports (FERs). Responsible for providing ongoing clinical education and training in the areas of lymphedema, vascular and wound care as well as training on our medical device products and the conditions treated for employees, patients and clinicians. Participate and provide clinical guidance and feedback in product development initiatives. Some travel required to provide support to sales by performing clinical presentations to various medical groups. Perform all job duties while maintaining compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements and company policies.
Case Management Specialist
Responsible for the development and implementation of payer strategies and patient appeals to ensure optimized coverage and reimbursement for company products. Writing persuasive letters of medical necessity and appeals to Providers and Insurance companies to overturn denials. Provide guidance to Reimbursement Department to improve payer communications, including global communications. Assist the Reimbursement Department by obtaining pertinent clinical documentation requested by payers to ensure individual prior authorizations and claim appeals are approved. Research and develop payer climate synopsis when requested by Product Specialists. Effectively communicate details of medical necessity and non-contractual denials to patients, and clinicians. Perform all job duties while maintaining compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager leads the Project Manager position, and together they are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of multiple portfolio projects focusing on the interactions between Tactile Medical team members, Healthcare Payers, Healthcare Teams and patients receiving our products. This position leads the Project Management Office (PMO) methodology and distribution of project workload based on project priorities. The Senior Project Manager is hands on and performs all project management functions while maintaining compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant
Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, and providing administrative support to the home office and field employees and other duties when requested while performing all job duties while adhering to HIPAA requirements.
Order Intake Coordinator
Responsible for Order Intake support to the sales team including processing of faxes, data entry, and maintenance of files in Filemaker program. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining the order completion process. Review orders to ensure compliance with federal regulations and specific insurance requirements. Perform all job duties while maintaining compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
Account Service Representative
Responsible for building strong relationships within accounts (clinicians & clinic staff), and with patients to retrieve signed documents and other documentationnecessary to close the order and submit a claim or appeal. Through inbound and outbound calling, and/or emailing or faxing, the Inside Sales Support Repfacilitates order closure and aids the Sales Representatives in exceeding monthly quotas. Individuals in this role may also be responsible for lead generation,tradeshow lead follow up, product conversions (as appropriate), sales support, and general account support. Perform all job duties while adhering to HIPAArequirements.
