The primary purpose of this position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining web-based application systems, such as customer relationship management applications and patient portals. This position will troubleshoot and solve the software issues and research technical problems and suggests improvements for web applications. This position will analyze and integrate new web products and technologies with existing web applications to improve the web design and application functionality.
Buyer / Planner
Responsible for purchasing components, assemblies, and subcontracted manufacturing services throughout Tactile Medical’s supply chain. Responsible for data entry for new items, and item transactions in Epicor ERP system. Responsible for entering and maintaining forecast. Responsible for creating and maintaining production jobs within Epicor. Responsible for ensuring there is adequate material in the supply pipeline to support forecast. Responsible for purchasing marketing/sales literature, and other non-inventory items as needed. Must maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, FDA regulations, and ISO 13485.
As a member of the HR team, the Payroll Administrator will manage all aspects of the organization’s payrolls for 450+ employees in 36 different states.
Application Support Manager
The Application Support Manager is responsible for documenting and maintaining desired application support service levels. This role will assist with escalated tickets to ensure completion and user satisfaction. This role is responsible for change, release, incident and problem management.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day support to the human resources deparment.
Prepare, review and submit claims to various payers either electronically or by paper. Responsible for timely and accurate review of the rejected claims to ensure that all claims were accepted by the payer. Maintain a thorough understanding of billing and collection processes and report any concerns or problems evident to appropriate staff. Responsible for performing all job duties while adhering to HIPAA requirements.
